【住宿】墨尔本东南好区，短期便宜出租MONAHS U CLAYTON - 今天, 17:06
出租时间：1月16日到2月16日。dki

Time is flexible if you need.

方便你过来另外找房子。想长住也可以，有空房。

附件太大，发不了。

房子靠MONASH大学，好区，特别安全，房间干净，交通非常方便。

最重要的是便宜，90/周，包水电气和网络，出租一个月31天。

如果只住1周，105/周，包水电气和高速网络。

You could find the transport in www.metlinkmelbourne.com.au.

My detailed address is Marshall Avenue, Clayton, VIC 3168.

It takes 5 minutes from my house to Clayton railway station in Zone 1 and Zone 2 by bus, then taking 30 minutes from Clayton to anywhere of city by train.

Bus and train are frequent.

It is cheaper, only 90 AUD/week for one independent room including all bills, even high speed internet, fully furnished.

Very cheap, convenient, clean, but paying only 90/w, including furniture, all utilities, high internet speed without paying any extra money, like bonds, signed contract.

You could move out anytime if you like.
