this semin-house is located in Croydon. Though it belongs to Burwood Council, the price is cheaper $20 than the one in Burwood if the room condition is the same excellent. <br>
2> 家庭成员情况是怎样的?<br>
We are couple with no kid living in one double bedroom, we'd like to rent out another double bedroom. There is no tenant living in the living room. Therefore, it's plenty of shared space for you and us.<br>
3> How about security in your area? <br>
Croydon is between Burwood and Ashfield, 属于闹中取静的地段. 这里的房子大多是自住户,所以闲杂人员较少,相对安全得多.在Burwood, Ashfield发生的强劫,枪击没听说在Croydon发生过.当然坏份子哪都有, 自己小心为上策 ;-)
