想在澳州从事医学方面的工作，不知有什么专业可供选择？<br>
原来在国内是学会计的，去澳州之后想重新学习及从事医学或与医学有关的工作，不知学什么专业好，听说医生很难学，而且时间久，不知除了护士还有什么其它专业可供选择。就业情况如何？

楼主：不光是医科难读，另外的问题是医科的学费很贵，学制很长。估计你到快40岁才能开始工作啦。<br>

在中国，我是牙医，我老婆是医生，现在都在这里参加行医资格考试，已经通过第一关，还有两关去闯，很难，但肯定可以达到，需要时间和努力。当然也需要因人而易。如果你没有医学背景，恐怕这条路要7-8年，而且要修炼到相当程度的英语。<img src="../leadbbsfile/UBBicon/em51.GIF"  align=absmiddle border=0>

not all doctors could get 500k, I know some specilists have their own clinics and only earn 400+K before tax. Normally, a doctor in hospital could only get 100k to 200k before tax. (if they do a lot of overtime, maybe more) <br>

Believe or not, a GP once complain with me that he get less money than his friend (a plumber). <br>

我还有一个疑问，我在大学读化学的时候是中文教学的，很多化学品的名称都是中文，曾经有一门科学是专业英语，但所学不多，而且老实说，化学的英文单词很长，难发音，特别是有机物，所以不知道去了澳洲怎么办？<br>

另外，我这三年以来从事的都是市场经济方面的东西，与理科完全脱节，但是一些基本的化学知识，我相信看一些以前的书本还是能找回来的，就是不知道没有工作经验，只有学科知识，澳洲是否接受？尤其是我的学科知识不是澳洲学的，是中国学的。<br>
