[求助]找到工作了！求助签合同的问题！

好不容易找到个工作，呵呵。<br>

agent是A公司，雇主是sydney的B公司，理论上应该和B公司签合同吧。是个3个月的contract。<br>
<br>
可现在冒出个C公司，叫CMS Global的，是Melbourne的。 agent说是和这个公司签合同，然后它给我发工资。<br>
<br>
有如下问题：<br>
《1》 这种现象正常吗？<br>
《2》如果这样签合同，我在sydney上班，而C公司是家melbourne的公司，有问题吗？<br>
《3》Agent说，如果我买了车子什么的，可以去退税，这是家melbourne公司，有问题吗？如果退，是找政府还是找这个employer？<br>
《4》它会不会截取利润？比如雇主给我40/hour，而它告诉我是35/hr ？<br>
《5》象我这种contract工，是不是一定要找一家这种公司管起来啊？ <br>
《6》它需要收管理费，还有保险费，这个正常吗？（如最后附录）<br>

Basically, our fee is 3.5% and we also deduct a Professional Indemnity charge of 0.60 cents per hour.<br>
So for example if you earn $1800.00 per week. Management fee is $63.00 and Prof. Indemnity is $24.00. So your taxable income would then become $1713.00.

I don't think you understand what the agent means... It means that before your income is witheld for tax, it will get deducted from the purchase of your car. then the rest of income is taxed, there is less tax you will pay because your total income is less due to the car.. (It is a normal trick to avoid higher portion of your income being deducted for tax...It is normal and most of Australian employee will buy their car or laptop or mobile in this way)<br>

contract 工作，公司提供电脑使用吗？<br>
工作地点/环境和PERM员工是一样的吧。<br>

呵呵，当然啊。contract只是签订的合同时间不同而已，其他都按permanent对待啊。
