1979年6月，中国曾派一个访问团，去美国考察初级教育。回国后，访问团写了一份三万字的报告，在见闻录部分，有四段文字： www.6park.com<br>

　　最后，在结论部分，是这么写的：美国的初级教育已经病入膏肓，可以这么预言，再用二十年的时间，中国的科技和文化必将赶上和超过这个所谓的超级大国。 www.6park.com<br>

　　1、中国的小学生在上课时喜欢把手端在胸前，除非老师发问时，举起右边的一只，否则不轻易改变；幼儿园的学生则喜欢将手背在后面，室外活动时除外。 www.6park.com<br>

　　2、中国的学生喜欢早起，七点钟之前，在中国的大街上见到最多的是学生，并且他们喜欢边走路边用早点。 www.6park.com<br>

　　4、中国把考试分数最高的学生称为学习最优秀的学生，他们在学期结束时，一般会得到一张证书，其他人则没有。 www.6park.com<br>

　　在报告的结论部分，他们是这么写的：中国的学生是世界上最勤奋的，在世界上也是起得最早、睡得最晚的；他们的学习成绩和世界上任何一个国家的同年级学生比较，都是最好的。可以预测，再用二十年的时间，中国在科技和文化方面，必将把美国远远地甩在后面。 www.6park.com<br>

　　25年过去了，美国病入膏肓的教育制度共培养了五六十位诺贝尔奖获得者和近二百位知识型的亿万富豪，而中国还没有一所学校培养出一名这样的人才。两家的预言都错了。 <br>

Such conclusion is so wrong!! <br>

First of all, if those visitors wants to get such conclusion, they should have visited the universities in these two countries rather than primary school or high school, because The universities are where those Nobel Prize Winners carry out their research and also the place where those billionair get their aspiration such as Bill Gates!!!<br>

Second of all, what those visitors say about the primiary school and high school in US is unrelated to the Nobel Prize Winner and billionaire I can say, The most precise measurement is to take a sample from those so-called US pupils and recorded their names and date of birth, Then wait for 20-30 years to check what these people grew up into!!!! Because there will be inconsistency in the survey that the Nobel Prize Winner might have different childhood as is described, then what is described above is misleading!!! <br>

Third of all, the main reason that Chinese cannot get the Nobel Prize is the academic corruption (the research funding is always allocated wrongly in China!!!) in universities not the fundemental education!!! There are other reasons as well such as the culture differences, language proficiency (especially English, no matter what you did, you have to write it down as paper in English so that it can be recognized internationally!!!)<br><br>

很早就看过这篇报道，不知是真是假，但感觉有点意思，好象是这么回事。<br>
所以想让下一代去接受西方教育，不要做所谓的最优秀的学生。

学不好的上不了大学，学得好的很多都出国了，留在国内的好多都在忙汉芯和麒麟的事。
