We are a well-established company specializing in Residential Property Investment & Development, managing over 50 projects across VIC & QLD. We are currently requiring an Assistant Project Coordinator due to rapid business expansion.
Responsibilities included:
Support the management team in monitoring project process within budget, on time and to the quality standard required
Communicate actively with clients and key stakeholders to maintain a good relationship
Collaborate and liaise with a diverse group of consultants, agents and shareholders to achieve the best business outcome
Complete feasibility studies and prepare project budgets, cash flows and other documents
General administration tasks
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes and skills:
Native Mandarin speaker with high proficiency in English
Excellent computer & communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
A forward-looking team player with ‘Can-do’ attitude
Own transport is preferable
Tertiary qualifications in property development, town planning or building design discipline is preferable
Previous experience in property development would be an advantage
