标题: 从补料信发现file reference number改了，VO是Victoria STEWART(Team 09)
今天收到中介转来的补料信。发现file reference number从原来的CLF2007/175***改成了BCC2009/74***，请问有人碰到类似情况吗？
有人的VO是Victoria STEWART(Team 09)吗？

FN改了就改了,你已经VO了,改下FN,它没有什么太大意义

我只是想搞清楚这是VO的常规做法、还是我的案子是个例外。如果其他TX今后也碰到同样情况，就不用着急了。

不会是中介转错信了吧。

如果称呼正确，改个fn应该没问题

楼主放心吧。
我也是同样的情况

提交的时候移民局签收信件的fn是CLF2008****，上周分vo了，fn变成bcc2009****

为了这事情，我专门发信问过他们（还被说了

）。他们的回复是：

Dear Mr Li,

As visa applications are processed through multiple computer systems, it is necessary to have more than one file number for each file. Both the numberstarting with CLF and the number starting with BCC are your file numbers.It is only necessary to quote one of these numbers in correspondence withthe department. Please be aware that this email inbox is reserved for submitting documents.Any queries should be directed through either the contact us section of thewenbsite (follow the links to post lodgement enquiries) or thepost-lodgement enquiry phone line.

告诉我答案，然后说，小子，这信箱专用来补料的，别瞎用！！
