File naming tips
When naming your files to be attached to an eVisa application only use numbers 0 - 9 and letters A - Z (upper and lower case), dashes '-' and underscores '_'. You must avoid using spaces ' ', periods '.', ampersand '&', hash '#', star '*', explanation marks '!', quotations '' "" and any other character that is not a letter, a number, a dash or an underscore.

可以放心了,今天收到enquiry回复如下:
“I have tried to open some of your documents and they seem to have been
attached successfully and are in readable format.
Once your application has been allocated to a case officer, they will
make a request if and when your case officer is not able to access your
documents.”
另外,果然是有人访问过电签档案后状态就会变为:“Application being processed further ”,但是可以肯定的是,这种状态不代表案子已经在处理,因为回复中还有这句话:
“At this stage your file has not been allocated to a case officer.”
