1. The examination dates for medical examinations;
2. The police clearances applied for and the date the application was made;
3. The details of any IELTS test/s booked including test dates and the name and location of the test centre.
这个是不是要求补体检和无形了？
还有要不duty statements，
Detailed duty statement for the period (Date of lodgement). Duty statements should include evidence and examples of the duties performed and must be on official company correspondence/letter head and include the name, address and telephone number of the company. The Chief Executive Officer or Legal Representative of the company must endorse duty statements.
