1：Though I have 5 years experience on technical support,and I can finish lots of work,but I like to work with team work.It can widen my eyes and cut down my mistake.

2：这主要考遵守policy和特殊case的处理能力
Technical support has its process.such as touch client,collect information,define the problem ,resolve problem and so on,what time have to do what has its policy,it can improve my power on my job,and allay mistake,so I like to work with policy.But in some special cases I must report it to my team or team leader they will help me.
