标题: 请教体检和police check有效期
请问体检、中国和澳洲的police check有效期都是多久？我这些材料在2013年8月做485签证时已经做过了。今天刚收到189邀请，还能继续用这些材料吗？我已经都上传到immi account上面去了。希望知道的大神解答

I used all the 485 materials to apply 189 and already got PR last month.

Usually, the Medical examination and police check in Australia would be expired in 1 year.

Did you do the HIV test last year? (I did.

)
If not, you have to do the whole 189 medical examination again.

One thing that I'm not sure is about the Chinese police certificate

. Because I haven't been back to China since I applied 485 last year, so it was OK for me to use the old one to apply 189. If you are in the same situation as me, no problem at all. If not, you probably need to have a new police certificates from China. BUT don't worry, do it until the CO ask you to do, otherwise it's waste of time and money. Your CO may think your old Chinese police certificate is still valid...

Thank god I have exactly the same situation as you. I did a full medical exam last August with HIV test. I haven't left Australia since Feb 2013 and my Chinese no criminal record was dated to August 2013. So fingers crossed there will be no further requirements for me.

哦，那就好，应该没什么问题。我当初是自己弄得，等待期间焦急无比，也没CO联系我补材料，结果2周多一点，直接就下签了。。。
