seems to be doing more than just protecting civilians in which 【不是IN WHICH; 是 EN WHICH； 而EN只是播音员的口气词； 否则IN WHICH 不对。 应该是“， WHICH】 is what the United Nations resolution calls for.

常看到 in which 的用法， 通常是跟前面的动词相联的
