有没有人做过Statutory Declaration

正在做cpaa职业评估，由于学校出具的课程描述太简单，又不肯给我自己写的课程描述盖章，我就把自己写的描述签了字交过去了。然后cpaa就来信了：

To proceed with the assessment, we need the following additional documentation:

- As you have supplied your own typewritten syllabus, we require an official Statutory Declaration, stating that you have been unable to obtain an official syllabus from your university, noting the reason for its non-availability and that the information provided is true and correct to the best of your ability. Please ensure the Statutory Declaration is witnessed by a Justice of the Peace or notary.

有没有人做过这个Statutory Declaration啊？在国内怎么做呢？公证处恐怕不会给我做这样的声明吧？

解决了，国内可以到澳洲领事馆办理

部分涉外公证处也可以。
