ACS要求补充文档的奇怪要求

7月16日提交，今天早上变成stage4 In Progress，还没来得及高兴，就发现又回到Stage3，接着收到了一封邮件要求补充文档：


Please upload the following documents into the Online Application Form:                              
- Certified copy of the complete academic transcript for your Bachelor degree - Document is not able to be saved, it is read only. Please provide a downloadable document.      

我试着打开Attached documents的页面，发现下载成绩单没问题，打开也没问题。PDF难道不是只读的文档格式吗？ACS是要闹哪样啊？？

有人收到过类似的要求吗？

大概他说的Readable不是只读的意思，是只能在线打开，不能下载的意思. Only readable but not downloadable

i guess the officer might need to edit the document at the bottom, but he can't, because your pdf is read only.

Only readable but not downloadable 是说只能在线看，但不能下载，与能不能编辑没关系。你能下载，估计那哥们自己电脑有问题了。

发了邮件没人回，怒了，今天直接打电话过去交涉。证明我的文档没有问题。现有收到评估，major但被扣了4年

reason?应-2，变成-4还是要交涉的。
