我也是前段时间刚改过简历。我觉得技术工作嘛，人家主要是看工作能力。而且这边的电子公司都似乎很小，看简历的很可能就是老板。Key Skills 和 每个工作的责任方面细化一下会不会好点？然后加上一两个自己做过的project的介绍？

另，八卦一下你的Electronics Technician薪水是多少（pm哈）？我也是今天之前做了三个月的Electronics Technician位置，今天正式不干啦～～～～

简历毫无出彩之处，建议重写。

这样的简历在澳洲只能做technician。最近公司招人，看了许多简历，许多都是吹得天花乱坠，叫来一问啥都不会。但是人家至少骗到面试机会了。

给个建议，找engineer的工作就不要写technician的工作经历了 ，不会有加分的。还不如写自己在澳洲的这段时间在tafe或者university进修。另外你国内有10年的工作经验，title至少也得是senior engineer或者product manager吧？怎么能只写engineer?

关于你做过的项目写的太简单，比如RS485，有没有按照modbus协议做过项目？ 比如CAN，了解哪些CAN协议？J1939或者CANOPEN？如果是自己编的协议拟也要详细地描述下，至少让读者觉得你很牛的样子。

作为一个电子工程师的简历，怎么能没有CPLD或者FPGA的技能，USB的知识也该有。

多谢雷达的建议。
在国内确实是senior了，但是在这里因为语言、环境的因素，找senior级别觉得不够，所以都是找engineer级别的，就把国内的senior头衔去掉了。因为在第二个公司干了近10年，后面几年就有扩展了，象平台选型，客户端的支持，新人培训等，这些在应聘engineer职位时是否也要写进去，担心是画蛇添足。

第二个公司是大集团下的小公司，客户就是集团内的工厂，制作的都是定制型的检测设备，项目都很小，大的活干3个月，小的1-2星期就搞完了，所以觉得写不出什么项目经验。
举个例子：我的客户是apple的ipod上一个部件的供应商，负责从PCB生产到焊接元器件，这个部件完成后由我们制作检测设备，检测OK的部件发到foxconn作组装。
流程大约是：（apple给资料）－》（技术指标分析）－》（结果反馈给apple，哪些能测到，哪些测不到）－》（制作简单原型样机：针对部件本身的检测）－》（客户评估功能）－》（制作上生产线的设备：一次测多个，测量数据存档等其他功能要求）－》（客户评估功能和性能）－》（客户根据产量决定购买）－》后期维护（主要是机械方面，电子方面主要是速度和精度改进）
在这个过程中，由于检测设备的介入可能会发现客户生产过程的一些问题，比如在固定的地方出错概率高，那就要帮客户分析是什么问题，有可能是原件供应商的问题，也有可能是生产流程中某个步骤有问题，这个也算是对客户的一个贡献。

请雷达再多给些建议

你的第二个工作经历象是测试工程师的工作,如果是这样的话你也可以找找test engineer的工作。如果找test engineer的话，你要准备下labview和matlab。

至于你的title，当然是写的越高越好。这里一般是把国内过来的工程师降一级或者两级使用。你写enginner的话只能做technician了，写senior engineer的话还有可能做到engineer。或者直接写product manager也行。

另外你的简历写的太“谦虚”，建议在网上找个印度电子工程师的简历然后参照着改改。总之你的简历要改到你自己看了都觉得不好意思，别人看了眼前一亮的程度才可以。当然实力也要有，不过那是找到工作以后的事了。

看来要照着3哥的皮厚来才行。之前干technician那个职位的时候，公司找人（也是印度人的公司），有个印度哥们来应聘，看简历无所不能，软硬通吃。老板就让我测试他一下动手能力，问他焊接会吗？答：会。贴片能干吗？答：能。好，我说你把这个芯片（MAX3232）拆下来，在焊上去。那三哥说“你先做一遍我看看，然后我再来”。但是老板居然把他留下了。干了大约一周，基本干不来，我们熟练工一天干30个，其他新手一天能干6-8个，这哥们一天就干两个。第二周就不来了。
应该吧这哥们的简历留下来就好了。

我和LZ有点象，但我水平没LZ高。也是刚换了个工作，现在刚好在两个工作的空隙，不用上班。

简历：我觉得电子类的工作机会实在是太少了，简历不能海投。一定要根据招聘AD改一下自己的简历再投。而且我见到的澳洲电子生产商都是小小公司，面试的都是boss本人，所以我觉得人家看中的是skill，而老板都希望自己的员工是全能的，在相关技术细节上要仔细描述，不能一笔带过。反而我觉得语法之类的只要不错就行了，不用很好。我的感觉是投technician的工作反而比投engineer的工作更难。我猜是technician门槛低，选择多吧？我最近投的engineer4个位置，3个interview机会，3个都有二面（有一个说要半年后才二面。。靠），一个offer。而先前投的technician，十几个才4个面试机会。我是做纯硬件的，不太懂嵌入式的东西，没法给你提建议啦。
你可以再加一个project range 或者products range之类的，每次看到AD后就去看别人的网站，看是做什么产品的，然后在你的这个类目上加上相关的产品，这样人家看了就会觉得比较对口了（当然不能骗人）。

语言：LZ表觉得自己的语言不好，不敢投senior的位置。我保证我的语言绝对比你烂多啦。。。boss每次都得耐心的听我说完那些错误百出的英语句子，他都是靠猜的。。。不过我觉得boss被我虐了一两周后就被虐习惯了。  反正是技术活，技术上满足他就行啦。我开始的时候是technician，但我说要走的时候BOSS给了我一个QA Engineer的offer，工资给1.5倍，希望我留下。这个至少说明英语烂绝对不是问题。我最近的面试，每次开场白都讲我的英语很烂。。。然后后面的就不用不懂装懂啦。。。人家也会慢慢的和我讲，然后没听懂的也能直接再问他。我觉得这种直接和boss面试的技术活，不一定非要充自己的英语很好的。


机会：我觉得机会有时候是能够自己创造的。在之前的工作中，我去了两周就和boss讲我以前是design engineer，能做什么什么工作等（当然要找对时机），过了一段时间后还给boss写了个邮件说能够做purchasing engineer，给他省钱等（因为大部分电子零件来自中国,而boss又不会中文，都是通过中间商采购的，价格和质量都难以保证）。后来他就把我拖进R&D会议去了。。。那时候我就知道我的technician生涯应该就要结束了。。。  我在通知他要走之前他正打算和我谈purchasing的事情呢。


希望能够给LZ一点参考啦，LZ技术这么牛，应该不难找工作的。就等你的好消息啦。

如果真的是行业太窄，工作少，那是比较困难。
要是我的话，cover letter只会跳3，4个重点的，但是每个都会说上两三句。你这样一句话，看不出来什么，没有强调上。
另外不知道澳洲linkedin管不管用？
