ACS成绩单有中英文原件的话（有盖章）有没有不密封成功的先例

想让朋友开3份密封成绩单，结果给开成了一个信封里面密封三份，快疯掉了~~~
不知道直接给他们不密封的行不行，我上次问ACS信息附后，大家帮忙斟酌一下~~~

我当时密封件里只有英文件，没有中文的
1. I have a sealed official academic transcript directly send out from my University, but only transcript in English is included, no my native language version, is it acceptable?
ACS的回答
1) If your official academic transcript is an original document that has been issued in English, then we will accept this. We will only require the foreign language document and the English translation, if the English translation was not an original document provided by the university.

确切的告诉你，英文的只要盖了章就不要中文的，完全不需要密封件。

跟西方人打交道多了就知道，一般没有一棒子拍死人的事，有问题都可以argue，有时他们原则性也没那么强
