澳洲护士局9月19日开始实行语言要求新政策 在澳洲学习5年或5年以上 均可豁免雅思！

新的政策提早公布了 从9月19日开始实行 只要是在澳洲或以下几个国家读了5年或5年以上full time 的
高中+大学 大学+vocational 或 高中+大学+vocational education 这5年必须要有2年的本科学习
就能豁免雅思4个7啦~\(≧▽≦)/~啦啦啦
不过其他的申请者还是必须出示雅思4个7或OET B才能注册 哎╮(╯▽╰)╭

• Canada
• New Zealand
• Republic of Ireland
• South Africa
• United Kingdom
• United States of America

applicants who have completed a minimum of five years (full-time equivalent) of combined secondary and/or vocational and/or tertiary education taught and assessed in English are considered to have met the standard and therefore do not need to sit an English language test. All other applicants are required to submit evidence of English proficiency

*The completion of five (5) years (full-time equivalent)
education taught and assessed in English means five
(5) years full-time equivalent of either:
i). tertiary and secondary; or
ii). tertiary and vocational; or
iii). combined tertiary, secondary and vocational education

taught and assessed in English in any of the
recognised countries listed in this registration
standard. These five (5) years must include evidence
of a minimum of two (2) years full-time equivalent
pre-registration program of study approved by the
recognised nursing and/or midwifery regulatory
body in any of the countries listed in this registration
standard.

真可谓是几家欢喜 几家愁啊 在澳洲读过2年高中和vocational education的童鞋们还是很占便宜啊 对我们来说的确是个好消息

然后这是文档上vocational和Pre-registration的解释
Vocational means all forms of formal education beyond
secondary education, including programs of study leading
to registration as an enrolled nurse.
应该是指TAFE 不知道说的对不对 其中包括
    * Certificate I
    * Certificate II
    * Certificate III
    * Certificate IV
    * Diplomas
    * Advanced diplomas  

Pre-registration means all forms of formal nursing and
midwifery education beyond secondary education leading
to initial registration.

看来澳大利亚还是缺护士的。我有好几个朋友就是读了护士毕业，陷在英语里出不来了。早就感觉以前的严格4个7的政策偏严了。不过就是放宽了一些，大家还是要努力提高英语，因为护士是直接面对病人的，语言要求是很高的。
