来澳洲5个月了,期间一直边学习,边找工作,心情由最初的接个中介电话都高兴得一蹋糊涂,到现在即使去雇主面试也没什么太激动而言.期间经历了五六次雇主面试.因为是识实战经验,所以想把这些经验写出来给需要的朋友参考.
1) 说下去city council 面试的情况,职位是IT项目协调:
面试了一个小时,问了我大概20个问题,其中大概5-6个专业相关的,其他大都是behaviour 的问题.
下面是我记得的几个问题:
Tell us something about yourself?
How do you know about the information system in city council?
How to choose an IT solution?
How do you handle the conflict?
How do you work on a project which can’t meet the deadline>
How do you delivery a project, the steps?
How do you negotiate and continence others?
What’s the most difficult situation you had faced?
Had you ever comprised with other people on any task?
Did you meet any resistance and how did you overcome it?
2) 一个矿业公司的电话面试, 问的问题如下:
Are you PR?
What do you know about this position?
What can you bring to the position?
Why did you choose our company?
What’s your biggest strength?
What’s your biggest weakness?
Describe how did you establish a new system?
What did you see yourself in five years?
What’s your biggest achievement?
Did you have any training experience?
What did you see youself in five years?
Why do you choose this job?
3)一个IT项目协调职位:
Can you implement the logistic system project?
Can you coordinate people from different subsidiary?
How can you influence people?
How to use you process improvement skills
How to show your leadership skills?
How to manage the supplier?
