No case officer has been assigned to your visa application.

We can confirm with you much more clearly that your visa application has not been allocated to a case officer in case of your inquiry very soon, which may hinder the whole processing of all visa applications.
We ask all applicants to be patient enough to wait for a Case officer to contact with you when there is a need, especailly the ones from China.
Thank you very much for your coorperation.

especailly the ones from China;

http://www.immi.gov.au/legislati ... 5/lc15082011-01.htm
