how do you deal with dental issues?

As a man over 30, I begin to have problem with my dental. I know it's expensive to see dentist, and the insurance is not cheap. So what you did with this problem?

I know somebody have buy insurance, I know somebody wait to go back China to deal with it.

Prevention is probably the cheapest practice.

本来打算suck up的，
但是它已经影响到我睡眠了。今天我老婆帮我看，好像牙菌斑挺厉害。
我觉得大家努力工作为啥？就为了生活好点，现在牙齿有问题，虽然在国外贵，但是还是要看。
本来牙菌斑早期看就不会有龋齿的。我现在也不知道牙医会不会要我拔牙。先看看再说。
