skype打不通pennytel的电话了？

什么情况？？

DID有问题，不能打进来，只能打出去。已经联系了pennytel的rep，正在解决
很多人也遇到了同样的问题

发邮件问了N次，没半点响应。
设置的来电转移也打不通.
你们哪个用过softphone？或者X-LITE4？

softphone 和 X-LITE4都用过，往外打都没问题，主要是打进来的电话总是忙音

这个是pennytel rep给的x lite的设置。邮件本身就没换行，看起来比较费劲。FYR

Download Xlite from the link given- http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite-download.html Click on Softphone and then click on Account Settings. Account Name: Your Name Tick on Call Tick on IM / Presence User ID: PennyTel Account Number Domain: sip.PennyTel.com Password: VoIP Password ('Account' > 'Support Center' > 'PennyTel Settings' > 'Your account details') Display Name: PennyTel Account Number Authorization Name: PennyTel Account Number Tick the "Register with domain and receive incoming calls" Send outbound via: Target Domain Click 'SAVE'. Please restart your computer once you done with the Settings [Advance Setting] Topology tab Firewall traversal method : Leave the default (auto detect Firewall traversal using ICE) Tick* Range of ports used on local computer: 5060 - 5061 Transport Tab Change to UDP Advance Tab!
