要求：
- 有强烈意愿投身研究领域，攻读博士学位。
- 国内高校硕士（或国外研究类硕士）研究生毕业，或即将在一年内毕业。
- 本科和研究生平均成绩80分以上。
- 工程类，数学类，计算机类。
- 精通至少一门编程语言
- 发表过EI检索的文章


优先考虑：
- 硕士期间研究课题或从事项目为：生物测定、模式识别、图像处理、信号处理、人工智能、密码编码。
- 平均成绩85分以上。
- 发表过英文国际会议或期刊，EI，SCI


申请截止日期：2012年5月


英语要求：
IELTS - Academic version only
6.5 overall with a minimum score of 6.0 in each of the sub-tests of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
或
TOEFL - Internet-based Test (iBT)
90 overall with a minimum score of 24 in writing.
或
TOEFL - Paper-based Test (PBT)
577 overall with a minimum score of 5.0 in the Test of Written English (TWE).
The paper-based test is not acceptable without the TWE.
