form 47是我父母作为申请人应该填写的表
1..62题:In which countries have you and/ or any family members included in this application spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more during the last 10 years?:比如我父母一直住在中国,就写他们住在中国;我在过去十年中在中国和澳洲都住过,就填写我住在中国和澳洲对吗?
2.我父母的identity card number是指中国的身份证号吗?
