这样的邻居，你们会生气吗

你家的树应该考虑到对邻居的影响， 既然人家已经抱怨了，你就应该早点处理，这样邻里关系才能和谐。我们深有体会。在我们刚搬来时，后院全是树，有一些伸到了邻居的院子，搞的人家都没法晾衣服。尽管没人跟我们抱怨，但是我觉得很不好意思，第一个星期就把全部的树砍了，花了银子，但是落个心安。我们另外一个邻居的树 也伸到我们这边，我们交涉了好几次，无果。很郁闷，出租房，没人管，所以我很理解你们邻居。希望你也多多站在他们的立场考虑。

I have similar problem before when i was in Adelaide. The neighbor in the back cut all the twigs over the fence, very nice one. but the left one has a really big tree, and it actually damages the floor of carpark of mine. I complained several times, and even lodge to tribunal. However, he did not do anything about it. My friend suggested me: poison the root, or sue the neighbor in the court for compensation. Anyway, I sold the house, not my problem anymore.

My advice is: if your tree causes any trouble, you'd better clear it up before somebody sues you. I checked in the cases report in SA, they do have such cases in the court. and usu the tree owner needs to pay heeps of money.

嘟嘟表生气啦~高高兴兴从国内返回来看到院子里这样，难免心里堵得慌，不知道到底她给你们扔回来到底是个什么说法，但是感觉上有点不妥的。
我觉得小金刚说的还是有道理的，不过怎么处理这个事，怎么处理的得当还得你们俩看着办，好的邻里关系也很重要的说~
