这是revs的官方解释
INTERESTS RECORDED
There is/are financial interests recorded against the Rego, VIN, Engine, or all the identifiers you have provided. Make sure you have the correct details from the vehicle.
If you wish to buy the vehicle, contact the seller and arrange to pay out the financier. Have two cheques made out, one to the financier for the total amount still owing, and the other for the balance to the seller.
Ask the seller for a copy of the letter of discharge from the financier stating, they no longer have an interest in the vehicle. The letter together with a REVS certificate, will protect you against your vehicle being repossessed by a financier.
REMEMBER, ring REVS for a certificate BEFORE you buy the vehicle, and check that the vehicle details match those on the Registration papers.
If the vehicle is NSW registered it is also advisable for you to check which insurer the CTP (green slip) policy is with and confirm that the policy is current, as any unpaid CTP policy may transfer to you.
貌似只要你把付款分成两部分,一部分用于还银行,一部分给原车主,然后再要原车主的银行pay off的单据,这样就比较保险?
还是说其实也没事,直接去rta过户就行了? |
