As a growing company in Food and Beverage industry, we are an energetic and vibrant individual to work in the capacity of a Front of House Supervisor. As Front of House Supervisor, you will be working in our restaurant where you can utilise your skills and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company. Your responsibilities will be as follow:
        Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met
        Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
        Ensure that all guests feel welcomed and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
        Continually strive to develop and train your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
        Any other relevant duties as directed by management.

This will be the ideal role for you if you have had experience working in a similar role and you possess strong communication and organizational skills. You also need possess the following to make a success in this role:
–        Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
–        Proficient in English both spoken and written
–        Have at least 1 years experience in the industry at a Supervisor level.
–        Have a genuine love of food and a desire to improve your knowledge base.
–        Have a high level of customer service skills.  
–        Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment.   
–        A current RSA Certificate
–        A big, fun and confident personality with lots of energy.  
–        Be enthusiastic, well organised and contribute to a harmonious work environment that benefits both our staff and our customers.
