我的Reference Letter是利用了Ritz兄弟的模板（http://img.freeoz.org/ibbs/viewt ... p;extra=&page=1）修改的，感觉写的有点儿简单了，担心过不去，特烦请各位大佬帮忙审查下，提出些修改意见，这里先谢谢了：）

This is to certify that Mr. XXX work as a senior developer/project manager at YYY from 1 July 2006 until now as a full-time permanent employee. His annual income was approximately RMB ZZZ, including salary and bonus.
As a senior developer/project manager, XXX's duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. FIX Adapted for STreaming(FAST) Converting Engine
The engine can flexibly convert binary data to FAST messages according to a template with XML format which defines the format of binary data and the structure format of FAST message and the relationship between the two formats. It can work under Linux and Windows.
XXX's role and duties on this project were:

2. Quotation Forwarding System
The system works under Linux with a text user interface. It receives quotation data from China Financial Futures Exchange through TCP, do some necessary processing, then multicast it to subscribers through satellites and the internet. Also it can produce alarm messages to the monitor center if any errors or warnings happen.
XXX's role and duties on this project were:
* Worked as the project manager to manage the team and control the project
* Writed the regular reports of the statue of the project after collecting information from members
* Analysed business requirements with the team
* Designed the architecture with the team
* Writed the codes
The software technologies used by XXX on this project include:
* C/C++
* TCP, UDP
* Curses library
* Redhat AS 5.4
* Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
* Microsoft Visio 2003
3.Realtime Opening Account System
The sytem consists of the server and the client. The server runs under Linux with a text user interface, but the client runs under Windows with a GUI. The client collects data and transfers it to the server after doing some necessary processing through TCP. Also the client can receive data from the server.

* Worked as the project to manage the team and control the project
* Writed the regular reports of the statue of the project after collecting information from members
* Analysed business requirements with the team
* Designed the architecture with the team

* Reviewed the client codes
