关于首次购房的政府津贴

最近考虑买楼花，2年后才交房。
本人是首次购房者，男朋友不是。假如我们2两年内结婚了，这个房子还能拿到首次购房的政府津贴吗？

如果房子名字没有你男朋友的话，就可以申请，不管你以后是否与他结婚

楼花要settle的时候才能拿到津贴。如果在settle之前结婚了，不知道是否还能拿到呢？

这个补助是为家庭为单位的，如果在补贴拿到手之前你们就结婚，补助就没了。。。

首次购房补助是从房子交接起一年内申请，也可以作为首付的一部分用于交接。 所以这个要看你交接时候的婚姻状态，如果在交接前结婚并且你的配偶不是第一次购房，你是不能拿首次购房补助的，到时候你填首次购房补助申请表的时候就知道了。
