175 申请时候，有一条 have you or any other person in this application ever been convicted of a crime or offence in any country（including any conviction which is now removed from official records）？
之前有一次超速，被警察开了罚单，还扣了3分，后来交了罚金。是怎样，要填yes 吗？ convicted of 是定罪的意思吗
