VIC州回信，很官方！很无力！

本来是问能否很多州的SS一起申请的问题，回的信一点用没有，还是发出来大家看看

如下：
Thank you for your enquiry to the Victorian Government's Skilled and Business Migration Program.

To be eligible for Victorian Government nomination the applicant must have an occupation on the Victorian Government State Sponsorship Eligibility List, and meet any relevant criteria for the specific occupation.

We are unable to provide specific advice regarding an applicant's eligibility without a formal application.  If the applicant meets the relevant criteria as indicated on the Eligibility list we would advise you to make a free sponsorship application online: Apply for visa sponsorship.

Note that the eligibility list is an indication only of those occupations in demand in Victoria and having an occupation on this list does not guarantee sponsorship.  The Victorian Government will consult with industry in Victoria to determine whether the combination of the applicant's qualifications, skills and experience would result in reasonable employment prospects.

怀疑他们回信回错了吧，如果不是手误的话。
那我觉得从他的信强调会根据你的材料，履历，就业技能这些方面决定是否通过，
可以断定，他不会因为你申请了其他州的而直接据掉这个申请。
如果他会，他有义务告诉你，而不是故意隐藏
不知道我的理解正确与否

不过因为同时申了其他州而被VIC据的也有先例，
我就是不知道他们为什么不事先贴出标准，如果你说一人只能申一个我觉得可以接受，
但是背后偷摸的据掉不厚道，凭什么啊，多申的人多吃多占？还是浪费CO的时间了？
总不能说申请多个就不道德吧，那更不道德的是他们明里一套背地一套

没有规定禁止就是可以!其实回信清晰表明了只要符合本州的就好,他们不会对无关的事情做直接回应的－－我的理解!

就是这种灰色的，隐性的规定让人无所适从...
