哪位前辈能说道说道176的竞争到底有多激烈啊。各州给担保的时候要求雅思成绩么？这样看来如果能走SMP的话，还是尽量走SMP吧。尤其是对一些比较不错的州

7.1之后，提交州担保时，必须要有合格的雅思成绩！

176的竞争多激烈？SA开放后，civil和IT这些适合中国人申请的专业不到3周就名额全满了。

This is because it is a legislative requirement for applicants applying from 1 July 2010 to have obtained a nomination (or family sponsorship) prior to lodging the visa application."

是不是说10年7月以前的旧三无可以转,新三无只能重新申请?

我11.2收到SA担保的，今天准备给DIAC发信175转176，这个消息真是晴天霹雳啊 ，运气怎么这么差啊，还是TMD垃圾移民局
