请问版主或明白的TX 能详细说一下，第一条和第三条的意思吗？
1.The following policy settings remain unchanged:
Applicants cannot change their nominated occupation; Computing Professional (NEC) in ASCO does not currently map to an ANZSCO occupation on Schedule 3

3.DIAC would not advise clients to get reassessed by ACS unless it is determined that Computing Prof NEC maps to occupations on Schedule 3.
其中第三条的意思是移民局将不会通知客户去重新评估,除非他是附录三中的计算机专业人士（NEC）职业。
请问到底哪些职业是让你重新评估的，哪些是不让你重新评估的。我之前是2231-79（C#)，REVIEW后是261313，属于这种情况吗？之前移民局让我们填了一个1023表，填完后能否成为G3？？请明白的TX详细解释一下。现在很糊涂！谢谢
