申请175，ACS选哪种？

我在系统开发8年，英国本科学位，ACS职业评估有以下这么多种，我应该选哪一种啊？谢谢大家帮忙！
   1) PASA (General)
   2) PASA (Professional Members of the ACS)
   3) PASA (Applicants seeking recent work experience exemption)
   4) PASA (Applicants seeking recent work experience exemption but wishing to have their professional IT experience taken into consideration)
   5) PASA (Recognition of Prior Learning)
   6) Application for Review of PASA
   7) Application for Formal Appeal of PASA Outcome
   8) Application for Revalidation of a Suitable PASA
   9) Application for Replacement of a PASA Result Letter
   10)Application for Access under the Freedom of information Act
