Planning Levels
Planning levels exist for each occupation.
Once an occupation’s Planning Level has been reached, the occupation will not be available except to on shore applicants who meet additional criteria. Details to be published on this website at a later date.
Applications that have been submitted will not be processed and will be refused if the Planning level has been reached for the Program Year.

Immigration SA will not be proceeding with applications that have been submitted (including those with all essential documents).
Please monitor this website for occupations in next year's Program Year. Alternatively, some of these occupations may be considered under Off List criteria.
Skills Assessment
You must have a positive Skills Assessment from the relevant assessing authority.
Your Nominated Occupation for which you have the Skills Assessment must match an occupation that is on the List.
If your Nominated Occupation/Skills Assessment is not on the List, you will not qualify for Sponsorship.
If your Skills Assessment is from VETASSESS and it has not been done according to the new assessment guidelines introduced on 1 January 2010, you must demonstrate at least one year in the last four years of work experience in your nominated occupation (See ‘Documents’ below).
