开始寻找Java的相关工作，把我修改过的简历贴上来，希望各位给些意见和建议，先谢谢了

This company provides the Enterprise Resources Planning System to customer based on Magic eDeveloper. Sydney Market Ltd. / Brisbane Market Ltd are their customers that have used this system for more than 7 years.
Responsibility: Upgrade the ERP product as a programmer
This product has been developed since 2000. It had the old GUI style which was popular at that time. And used the non-SQL database as its store. My ability in this company was to make the old system to support the MS SQL Server and make the interface more modern. I used my abundant database experience to improve the system performance.  For example, in the old system, some reports need a lot time to run it because the non-SQL database can not support any procedure or sql language, I change some complex reports to use the procedure and made the speed very fast.
XXXXXX(2004-2009) --- Shanghai, China
XXXXXX is a well-established computer system company in Hong Kong, which has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. It provides Human Resource system based on J2EE architecture. Their product is used by many big companies like Sharp, ABB, 3M, and Kodak etc.
Responsibility: XXXX was an old system that has been developed for many years. Many factors let us make it as a web-based application.
I took part in the web based product development as a team leader and a programmer. I analyzed the old system’s document and design the new system architecture with UML language. Implemented the system with Struts, Hibernate and Spring frameworks, use JavaScript framework JQuery as the client technology to validate the user inputs. Ajax was used as the page interactive technology.
I also took charge of the product qualification management.
After product finished, I was also responsible for the customer specific requirement collection and modify the product to fit them.
Main achievements:
        Lead the team which had 5 people to implement the web version of the product
        Customize the product for Sohu, one of the big website portal companies in China.
        Customize the product for Reed Exhibitions, a very big exhibition company.
        Customize the product for SK Telecom, a South Korea telecom in China.

Responsibility: Developed projects for our customers using Magic/VB as a programmer. Also analyzed the customer requirement and design the system. Install the system onsite and training.
Main achievements:
        863 File Management System
        SACF Data Flow Management
xxxxxxx(1996 - 1999) --a software company
Responsibility: was a programmer and developed product with magic and FoxPro as the tool.
Achievements:
Took part in the tax product for revenue and was deployed for one whole province with hundreds of users through the WAN.

=============28/09/2010  早晨通过Seek发出4份简历，试试水深浅，看看有没有反映.
                                            得到第一个中介的电话，大约5分钟左右，一开始说的还可以，听也可以，可是后来不由自主的紧张起来，对方问了情况后说在联系,或许就是沉大海了。
                                                    第二个中介电话，接电话过程中的紧张感比上一个电话少了很多，但是经过聊后，他说可能我们java经验不够足，是一个Leader的职位。 而且后来有2个问题没有听得太清楚，Sorry了几遍都听不清。估计这个也没有下文了。
===============29/09/2010   接到一个中介的电话，但是说的过程中没有把握好，让对方感觉自己没信心，于是此中介也没有下文了。
===============30/09/2010  一上午静悄悄，不断刷着Seek的新职位，没有合适的出来。
===============1/10/2010  今天估计又没消息了.....

哦，谢谢。Eduction我拷贝的时候忘记了，还有Refree要发简历的时候就要写进去吗？我看了一些简历模板并没有提及这项呀，请TX们继续指点。

失业第一周马上就过去了，这一周投了10几份的简历，都是关于Java的，期间接到了2,3个电话，后来都没了下文了，自己认为工作经验还算可以，10多年的软件开发经验，可是最大的问题就是语言了。

生活的压力越来越大了，房租，生活费等等，每早起来都感觉特别的难受。

现在很矛盾，在这段期间，是去学英语还是打零工，因为我知道语言是我工作最大的障碍，可是找遍了TAFE,AMES，没有哪一个英语课程是说上就上的，AMES的课程都满了，现在只能抱明年的了。而且语言也不是一朝一夕能提高起来的。

各位有什么好的意见和建议吗，或者知道有什么英语课程可以上的？

suggest to revise the section of work experience, to use more technical terms rather than oral english. And if you are seeking a programmer role, don't mention you were a team leader before.

感觉我看完了没有了解到你的特长。什么时候用什么工具什么技术做了什么项目?什么平台。
我不是中介或者雇主，一个第3方的 看了看，一点感想，不一定正确。

我觉得就楼主的经验，申请Junior的职位是浪费时间。

工作经验部分，需要重写。需要简洁、重点突出，不需要太多解释。big/very big之类的，换成具体的描述，比分说全中国最大，top 3等等。

太口语化了，太不精确了。还是前面提过的，不要用very fast，快了百分之多少，或者快了几倍？

不同意。team leader不是manager，10年做不到team leader才有问题呢

中介来电话的都是简单的询问一下情况，然后就没消息了，我感觉他们只是搜集信息而已。

如何才能找到真正的雇主招聘信息或者是哪里能找到行业招聘会信息呢？在Google 里搜索 Java Careers 出来的都是招聘网站的信息。

old 是否改成别的词，有点negative.  另外，我来都快两年了，还没回到本专业，刚拿到License, 也在找工，TAFE 里一般都有晚班英语课，去问问，Good luck！

一点个人看法, 说的不对不要往心里去.

1. 十年经验还要考虑 junior position, 便宜也不是这么个办法.
java新手,　少写几年经验吧

２.行业经验,您是做哪一行的?　金融保险,　物流电信,　还是咨询?

3. 不找team leader的职位,　相关内容就别写了.

４.２段经历,,　找java工作,却重点说自己db特牛.　做web app, 你是做　front 还是　back end　啊?

５.　简历差距比较大.　建议google一下java  cv, 找个鬼子的简历,一个字一个字的改.

简历中有非JAVA部分，多次一举，删掉。DB方面，还有front END方面多了点，这个不是JAVA擅长的领域。后台EJB等需要多写，这个才是JAVA程序员该做的事情。DB有DBA，jquery之类的AJAX，PHP也能做，比JAVA还少耗费资源。

简历有很多可以改的地方，但已经可以拿出去用了。你的问题估计在电话面试上。中介觉得你的英语不好卖不出去。
下次注意有电话的话要求面谈。详细可以网上找我些的电话面试的文章。

不知道老兄是否已经求职成功了。

给点个人建议如下：

建议老兄扩大范围考虑一下web deveooper，并针对性的调整简历。简历内容上建议突出对工作成果(achievement)的描述，越具体越好，最好和目标职位match。简历的格式上建议采用bulletin point的格式，每个点针对目标职位突出一个重点，这样可读性比较高。

自己也经过煎熬的长时间的求职时期，老兄的描述感同身受。祝好运。
