不好意思.这个问题的答案很多,我糊涂了,还得问!希望能得到正解!

阶段:Mechnical engineer准备递交EA评估.
关于公证件的问题.

我现在的目标是:
1.本科成绩单, 用学校档案馆的密封件(中英文)
2.只公证学位证和护照.

请问这样是不是可以??

Dear xxxxxxx
thank you for your enquiry.
1 - We do need certified copies of all documents that you wish to
submit that are copies of originals. If you graduated from China and you
have a graduation certificate AND a bachelors degree certificate, then
we need the notarised copy of your degree. Graduation Certificate is not
paramount.
2- we do accept transcripts sent directly from the university in a
sealed envelop.
