我和我家人（老婆孩子）的PR签证马上就要到期了， 我目前在澳洲，到目前为止只住了几个月。
请问我的签证怎么办？
我家人的签证怎么办？人不在澳洲。

你继续住满两年，满足了RRV要求，你家人可以在用配偶（家属）签证过来澳洲，不过前两年是TR，小孩子的学费会以国际学生计费。

Five Year Resident Return Visa (Subclass 155)
Eligibility
If you do not meet the requirements for a five year Resident Return visa, your application will be assessed against the criteria for a three month Resident Return visa.
Five year resident return visa
To be eligible for a five year Resident Return visa you must be one of the following:
•        an Australian permanent resident
•        a former Australian permanent resident whose last permanent visa was not cancelled
•        a former Australian Citizen who lost or renounced their citizenship.
You are not eligible for this visa if your most recent permanent visa was one of the following Business Skills visa and it has been cancelled, or is subject to a notice of intention to cancel:
•        Business Owner visa (Subclasses 127 and 840)
•        Senior Executive Visa (Subclasses 128 and 841)
•        State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner Visa (Subclasses 129 and 842)
•        State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive Visa (Subclasses 130 and 843)
•        Investment-Linked Visa (Subclasses 131 and 844)
•        Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132).
You must also meet one of the following eligibility requirements.
Eligibility Requirement        Criteria
Residence requirement        You must have spent two of the last five years in Australia as a permanent resident.
Substantial ties and compelling reasons for absence        You can provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia,
and
If you have been absent for more than five years, you are able to provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence.
Member of a family unit        You are the immediate family member of a Resident Return Visa holder.
Overseas applicants        If your last departure from Australia was not as an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen, you must have been an Australian citizen, or an Australian permanent resident, less than 10 years before the application, and you must not have been absent from Australia for a total period of more than five years since last departing as an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident unless there are compelling reasons for the absence.
Three month resident return visa
To meet the eligibility requirement for a three month Resident Return visa you must have:
•        spent less than two of the last five years in Australia as a permanent resident
•        had compelling and compassionate reasons for departing Australia and for any absence from Australia of more than three months.

这是我从移民局网上下下来的，确切意思还是不明白，尤其是后两条。我想给移民局写封信，可是找不到他们的email地址。

我也有同样的疑问：
1）楼主的情况，到期前登陆OZ，累计才住了几个月，那接下来是不是就不能离开OZ？否则凭过期的Visa是无法入境了吧？

2）买个房子能解决这个问题嘛？有没有相关的官方政策或其他同志的案例可以贴一下的？

孩子在国内还太小，短期过不去，迷惑中~

我觉得 Robin 以及 Wee 两位都对这个法令有相当程度的了解，所以单就法规提供资讯上，仅能止於此。

对於两位的情形以及「解套方式」，就涉及如何去从法律中「找到」可实践的途径，就建议两位去找移民律师了------

你自己接着住满2年 就可以续5年的RRV   妻子和孩子作为直接家庭成员 也可以一并续签
