ACS对Developer programmer和Software engineer有具体职责描述吗？

自己名片上印的title是Software engineer，但是工作经历更接近Developer programmer，所以想评Developer programmer，不知道官方有没有这两种职业具体职责或区别的描述吗？
另外，我在写推荐信的时候是不是不建议把自己的Software engineer的title写进去呢？否则是不是对评Developer programmer有影响？
