If it has taken longer than 21 days for your result to arrive, you can write a letter to your case officer and ask them for a copy. This must be posted or faxed because we will confirm your signature prior to release.
You can also confirm the address you want it sent to or provide us with a new postal address. Please note we will not issue the copy any sooner than this time.
