My right knee got injured today while I was doing bushcare; no, not bushcare, actually I slipped while fighting to find a way down to a creek. Hope I can ski by then.
Ta.
To rest my knee, I have to cancel all my activities for awhile.
Is there any locker in skiing resting lounge here in Australia?
The first and only skiing lesson I had ever token last less 5 minutes, instructer had to accompany his injured sutdent to hospital, left the rest of us on slope. But that five minutes turned out to be very beneficial and valuable: that's: HOW TO STOP AND HOW TO STAND UP ONCE YOU FALL. Once you can do those two, the rest of skiing is farily easy.
No, I didn't. Matter of fact, I bought lots of meat today, enough to feed a whole troop. It's much better than yesterday, but I have to take a break from my badminton, pingpong and zumba.
