State Migration Plan
On 8 February 2010, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) announced that new arrangements would be introduced for state and territory governments to nominate applicants through the state sponsorship program. These require state and territory governments to develop a State Migration Plan identifying occupations eligible for nomination.
The Victorian Government is currently developing its State Migration Plan. Information about the plan and the sponsorship eligibility list will be available on this website when they are complete. Only occupations included on Victoria’s sponsorship eligibility list will be considered for nomination.
The new arrangements will be in place no earlier than August 2010.
Victorian Government State Sponsorship Applications
No further applications for Victorian Government state sponsorship will be accepted from 1 July 2010, to allow for implementation of the State Migration Plan. If your sponsorship application is currently in process, it will be considered under the new arrangements and you will be advised of the outcome. Please do not enquire on the progress of your application.

smp是新的州担保。
就是176签证。

*.DIAC have made the decision that each State/Territory is to have a State Migration Plan (SMP) which will be a formal signed agreement between the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship and each State and Territory Government.
*.It is expected that the SMPs will identify and include occupations in which migration is required to supplement supply available from the local labour market.
*.The number of or occupations to be included under the SMP is not yet known.
*.It is expected that an SMP will be introduced around the middle of 2010, however no date has been set by or agreed to by South Australia and DIAC.
*.Immigration SA is not accepting any applications for State Sponsorships until the new List has been published. The Online Application Form is currently shut down.
*.A notice will be placed on our website when the SMP and Sponsorship Lists are published and the Online Application Form is reinstated. Please monitor the Immigration SA ( www.migration.sa.gov.au ) website for updates.
*.If you are a (Migration Agent) member of the Migration Institute of Australia, you will be advised through your membership.

那 475 簽證去了那裡?

干脆推到11月份出算了，我直接用WA的，反正WA现在还在审理。

你满足条件的啊，175算了。

7月份基本没有30+的申请了，估计速度会很快的！

没有出新的优先级阿。我担心175的话会很慢。

如果8月smp推出的时候885还不下，我也去申请smp。

那么新申请的175和885排在第几级呢？
会不会从以前的三无按提交时间开始审。
那我7月175的话,得等到啥时候阿。

各个州会根据自己的实际情况把需要的职业加入到smp清单上。
只要进去这个smp清单,优先级就仅次于雇主担保。
