我现在是TR，要申请我老婆过来。请问申请那个签证？

我是2009年3月申请的886QLD周政府担保的COOK，5月份又申请了485。原本想等PR下来申请老婆下来，2010年4月485下来了。886还遥遥无期的样子，夫妻分居两地长期也不是办法。决定先申请她和小孩过来一起在这边等。看移民局网站 SUBCLASS 309 AND 100 都要是公民或PR，请问一下我们这种TR海外伴侣是申请那种VISA？ 谢谢！

在网上找到一个。说也是申请485。
“朋友们在申请485签证的时候可能会遇到这样一种情况，即主申请人在澳洲，副申请人（主申请人的配偶、伴侣、子女）在中国，于是很多朋友会问，我是否可以在递交申请的时候将副申请人包含在我的申请内呢，答案是不可以。因为485申请条件中明文规定，递交485申请的时候全部申请人必须在澳洲境内并且持有适当的签证。
但是移民局也考虑到家庭团聚的问题，同时规定，主申请人在拿到485签证之后，可以申请副申请人来澳洲团聚，所申请的类别也是485，使用1276表格，而且必须是书面申请而不能电子签证。

If you currently hold a Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) visa (subclass 485), you may add the following secondary applicants after your visa has been granted:

your spouse
your interdependent partner
a dependent child of you, your spouse or your interdependent partner
a dependent relative of you or your spouse.
They must apply using the paper Form 1276.

There is currently no online facility for adding family members after a visa has been granted.

You will need to provide evidence of your relationship to your family members. ”
