哪位先人知道，496转887的时候，还需不需要原担保人再次参与啊？填申请文件之类的？TR时结婚的，申请时带上老公，会不会对申请有影响啊？求详解啊！谢谢！

the first,there is not necessary to your sponsor providing any kind of statement for your application ,i just got my 887visa one month ago ,i applied it online.
the second,you are eligible to apply 887visa including  your spouse.
