这是手机发的text message吧,发信息者没来得及把he 改成if了,就象是打中文有重码,要选择啊.我发信息时经常出这个问题.

I guess it should be:
you dont need to be present but he'd wish you to be!

Does it mean that your house agent will have a inspection on your rented house, and you no need to be there on the exact date/time, but if you can be there, it will be nicer, of course let him know that you can be there so that the person who is coming no need to carry the spare house keys!
