Applicants must be professional, well presented, have excellent work ethic, written and verbal communication skills and committed to their work. The role will require attention to detail, excellent computer skills, prepared to multi task, high level of customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to show initiative.

A background in the hospitality/tourism industry is a must and knowledge of Roommaster would be an advantage but not essential. Able to work shifts during weekday and  weekends on a rotating roster.
