1.父亲有糖尿病，想办3-6个月的探亲签证，是否容易办下来？
2.他每天都要打胰岛素，能不能从国内多带些胰岛素过去，会不会被海关扣了呀(因为胰岛素是针剂的，那种水水的）？

Applicants under 40 years of age who suffer from diabetes will be required to submit a treating doctor's summary. The summary is to be emailed to the HOC seeking their advice as to what other health assessments are required, if any. Applicants with diabetes who are aged 40 years and over will be required to undergo a Form 26 health assessment.

Clients with stable, uncomplicated medical conditions (such as diabetes or hypertension) do not require specialist reports. If you request additional tests, for example, serum creatinine, please include the result with the medical.

一般来说是40岁以上了，这个要看体检时候的综合情况，比如病程是否稳定，有无并发症等等，不可一概而论。

比方说，单纯性的肥胖一般不影响体检结果，但如果伴有心脏病，糖尿病等，就有可能不能通过体检。反之，单纯性的糖尿病，在病程稳定，没有并发症的前提下，一般是可以通过体检的。

总之，能否通过体检看个人身体的整体情况，这个是由移民局在悉尼的HOC (Health Operations Centre, 过去称LCU - Local Clearance Unit)决定的。


关于携带药品入境的问题：

澳海关要求：
You need to declare all drugs and medicines including prescription medications, alternative, herbal and traditional medicines, vitamin and mineral preparation formulas to Customs and Border Protection. Some products require a permit or quarantine clearance and/or a letter or prescription from your doctor describing your medication and medical condition.

一般个人用量的药品，包装或说明有英文的，非成瘾性、剧毒性的，在申报后会被放行。特殊药品需要处方证明（须翻译）。
