南澳一直没人问，呵呵。你可以试着发Email问问。
还有根据大家询问的结果，州担保很有可能不会在7.1后开发，而是等到SMP出来以后。

我感觉你应该赶紧给WA发email问下。各个州可能不一样。
我今天给VIC问了下，是不是VIC会在7.1以后下结果，或者一定要等到SMP出来。
现在SMP什么时候出来还真不一定。
2月份的时候出7月，现在快到7月，又都往后推。在推就大选了。更没戏了。

我猜测着这句话也许代表以后洲担保的潮流。
以后的洲担保应该是以是否在当地就业市场有竞争力为衡量的标准。
我觉得澳洲归根结底还是要有竞争力的人，以前到了分数即可移民的时代也许从此不再有了。

之前SA和WA在申请的时候都会有这样的论述，只能说越来越严格了。

The 2009 – 2010 ACT Skills list is closing Wednesday 30 June 2010. We are planning to publish the 2010 / 11 skills list on 1 August.

For those of you who are eagerly awaiting news of the State Migration Plan on July 1, I am sad to report that the announcement of the Plan has been delayed. We are now working to a 1 August start date.

DIAC has confirmed that State and Territories will be able to nominate applicants in occupations pre a plan being in place provided they are on the new SOL.

昨天写信问过SA关于SMP了，没有答复
不过官网说已经完成州担保申请的会继续处理，如果没有完成就看州移民计划了：
If you have already submitted a Sponsorship Application Online AND the complete set of documents has been received by 14 May 2010, the application will proceed
If you have already submitted a Sponsorship Application Online BUT a complete set of documents has NOT been received by 14 May 2010, the application will NOT proceed. Progress of your application will depend on the SA State Migration Plans which are currently being developed. You will need to monitor this website for an update of the status of these applications and publication of the State Migration Plans
