MODL review is now available!(注意，只是review)

之前的二八新政取消了MODL，导致很多同学不够分，一时间各界讨论的沸沸扬扬。对我来说，现阶段主要任务是烤鸭，而且自己也清楚移民的决心已下，这些困难对我而言最终都是会被克服的。

今天上immi找资料，看到上面对CSL和MODL有了这样的描述：

这个不会吧，CSL中重新列上2231-79可以理解，毕竟CSL还没有revoke，但MODL确实被清空了啊。

以我的英文理解，你标红的部分是说MODL Review is now available. 而非MODL is available.
而且这些都是去年9。23时候的事情了，怎么和2。8搞在一起呢。
总之这15分，是肯定没了。
