请问是否需要以及如何通知移民局我是CSL？---已解决

请问是否需要&如何通知移民局我是CSL？貌似要通过PLE来通知他们吗？又需要在哪个阶段以及如何通知呢？

PLE内容：

Please be noted that I've attached scanned copies of ACS result letter which included following statements:
"Your skills has been assessed to be suitable for migration under 2231-79 (J2EE Specialist) of the ASCO Code"
"Based on the provided certified documentation, it is  the opinion of the ACS that the applicant has 12 months experience in J2EE".

2231-79 (J2EE Specialist) is on current MODL so as in CSL.
