和CO联系的方式

各位:

我星期2写了一封邮件给CO,对方的邮件地址就是CO通知我补料的那个地址.但是过了3天了,CO都没有回复.我本意是想通知对方,我目前阶段只能递交无刑,体检要等明年2月老婆生产后全家一起去体检的.
想问下大家,大家联系CO是通过什么方式?PLE？还是哪个邮件地址?难道是adelaide.gsm.team7这个邮件地址？我的CO是KYM。

CO 通知补料的地址就是adelaide.gsm.team7这个地址吧。
这个邮箱有个自动回复说This mail box address should only be used for forwarding documents by email. This is to ensure that your documents reach your case officer promptly.
Application enquiries should be made online using the online enquiry form.
也就是说这个邮箱只能接收附件的，写在邮件里的内容是无法接收的。

你可以用PLE，或者把你的疑问写成PDF，用附件发到adelaide.gsm.team7这个邮箱，希望CO能看到。KYM的邮箱地址是KYM.PALMER@IMMI.GOV.AU，他用这个邮箱发准签信。你试一下，我没有用过这个邮箱联系他，不确定是否可行。

直接回复team7那个邮件，在你的回复上面写上你的TRN和FRN。

顺便说一下，你要做的事情，是我已经做过了的。握个爪！

俺的CO在收到无刑后跟俺回了以下内容， FYI：

Your police checks have been received.

Your application will be processed further after the birth of your baby and
after you have undergone health checks.

Please provide the following after the baby is born:
- birth certificate of the newborn
- copy of passport bio-page
- passport photo
- medical results

按照他们邮件里面的指示来吧。邮件开始一定要写以下的内容，这些东西CO都已经告诉了你的：
Primary Applicant: xxx
Application Type: Class VE, Subclass 175 Skilled - Independent
Permission Request ID: xxxxx
Client ID: xxxxx
Lodgement Date: xxxx
FILE REFERENCE NUMBER: xxxxxx
TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER: xxxxxxx
Case Officer: ANNA RADFORD

我的感觉是他们一般都是2个工作日之内回复我的。一般是我晚上发，第二天早上我上班看邮件的时候就收到了。
最后要说的是，合理的请求他们都会同意的，感觉很讲道理。比如我无刑准备的时间超过28天，跟他们解释了就可以了。我说不想让LD做X光，他们也回复邮件说没问题，反正孩子出生也是要体检的。

总的感觉是除了MODL改动，其他的都甭担心，GOOD LUCK!

糟糕，我一开始补料都是直接回复给我发通知的那个人的邮箱了。没有发team7

我给Team7发了邮件，我把邮件内容同时做了个PDF文件作为附件。下午就回了。

是这样回的，应该是机器自动回复：
CONFIRMATION OF DOCUMENT RECEIPT

The documents attached in your email have been successfully received.
These will shortly be forwarded to your case officer. Please do not mail
originals or copies of the same documentation unless you have been
specifically asked to do so.

This mail box address should only be used for forwarding documents by

可是我也是发的这个地址追VAC2，两次都是自动回复如下，也不知CO收到没有？
